I'm really stoked to see The Amazing Spider-Man movie and I've always been in love with this particular storyline, so I just had to draw this powerful moment. I know they won't deal with this in the first movie, but I'm hoping to see this iconic scene take place in the second or third movie.

I used Al Rio's drawing as a reference.

I expect this will be the end of the second movie, leading into the Venom storyline for movie 3. Then, hopefully, they will do a fourth movie, covering the Spidey & Venom vs. Carnage storyline.

no guys i was against the new spidey movie too but now that i did a bit more research and video watching on it im even more excited about it than the avengers and i think itll be better than the tobey maguire spidey too hope im right tho

I can't wait too see The Goblin in this reboot! I'm soo hoping he'll finally win back his former glory! With that said i mean that EVERYONE will lay off the Venom Hysteria thing..I mean On my deviantwatch it litterly rains in drawing of him...*Sigh* It's sad...really sad what Spidey has become...

It's about to get sadder. I've seen the new trailer this new spider man movie WILL bomb.

We will not get a good spider man movie unless marvel gets back the rights to it's own character

Wrong! :D the new movie rocked!!!!! Better than all three of the original series. The Lizard was kind of interesting, not great, but definitely better than the Goblin from the other movies. Gwen was SO much better than Mary Jane from the other movies. She isn't just there to be saved by Peter, shes actually interesting. :D Andrew was SO good as Peter. He was exactly how Spiderman should be. An optimistic jokester who has it really rough at times, and hes not a dork anymore. He stands up for himself and others and is kinda the cool kid in the background. :D And what makes this so much better than the original movies... No J Jonah Jameson. XD well that's not the main reason, the plot is actually pretty epic.

Well back befor when they haved their own rights they couldn't make it right could they? I personally didn't like the older Spiderman flicks. I found them boring and pretty much depressing...The second one turned Dock Ock into a compassionate and loving human being instead of a Megalomaniac...

And Green Goblin into a Power Ranger, and they didn't follow the comics by a mile...
